Governor Sanders Announces Shea Lewis as Secretary of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism and Director of State Parks 

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.— Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders today announced that Shea Lewis will serve as Secretary of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism and Director of State Parks. There is much more to the forest than first meets the eye! Join Park Interpreter Ashley for a hike to discover the woody diversity found at Lake Fort Smith State Park. Focusing on just one sense during a hike help you experience Crowley’s Ridge State Park in a whole new way! Join a park interpreter for a guided sensory hike of Lake Ponder Trail. This program helps fulfill the requirements for the Brownie Senses badge. We will hike the 0.5-mile, flat, paved, Lake Ponder Trail.
