2024 APDC CLE Conference November 21–22

“Providing Zealous and Comprehensive Legal Representation for Our Clients”

The Arkansas Public Defender Commission (APDC) is hosting a free CLE on Thursday, November 21, 2024, and Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Holiday Inn Presidential, 600 I-30, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

• The CLE will feature attorneys, investigators, and mitigation specialists from across the country speaking on topics that are of importance to public defenders and those who work in criminal defense.  An unofficial line-up of speakers is attached.
• A minimum of 6 hours of CLE will be offered each day.  Both days will include 5 hours that qualify toward capital certification.  We anticipate one hour of ethics available each day. 
• There is no cost to attend this conference.  Lunch will be provided on Thursday, November 21^st.  Attendees will be responsible for all other meals and overnight accommodations.
