Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the State Banking Board is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Arkansas Department of Commerce, 1 Commerce Way, Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Board will hear the following items of business:
1. An application for the merger of Mountain Commerce Bank, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, with and into Centennial Bank, Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas.
2. Any other business, which may properly be brought before the Board.
