This neighborhood noise meeting will present information regarding noise impacts associated with the project.
An in-person, neighborhood noise meeting will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the University of Arkansas Hope -Texarkana (Community Classroom), located at 3501 U of A Way, Texarkana, AR 71854.
