The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is proposing to reduce heavy truck traffic and improve mobility in and near the City of Pocahontas’ Central Business District. Since the July 2024 Public Hearing, the Preferred Alternative was modified to address public comments, improve traffic performance and safety, and minimize environmental impacts to the extent possible.
