Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas State Highway Commission intends to amend the Utility Accommodation Policy and that the thirty (30) day or more notice period for receipt of comments began the 5th day of April, 2026 and ends on the 14th day of May, 2026.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to provide comments on the issues related to the above-stated matter. Comments received after the expiration of the comment period on May 14, 2026 may not be considered.
A public hearing will be held at the Arkansas Department of Transportation Central Office Auditorium on May 13, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at 10324 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR 72209.
