LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Special Agents with the Arkansas State Police (ASP) Criminal Investigation Division (CID) have arrested Victor Reyes, 33, of Little Rock, in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred Sunday, May 3, 2026, at around 9:15 p.m. on Arch Street near Dixon Road.
The multi-fatality crash occurred when a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Reyes, was traveling northbound on Arch Street and crossed the center line, striking a 2026 Buick head-on. Three occupants of the Buick, a woman and two minors, died from their injuries.
Reyes fled the scene on foot after the collision
ASP CID Special Agents arrested Reyes around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. He was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center where he was charged with three counts of Negligent Homicide.
