ATLANTA — Arkansas State Police (ASP) Cpl. Chris Short has been named 2025 Officer of the Year by the Motor Vehicle Criminal Interdiction (MVCI) Association. He received the award earlier this month, during the annual MVCI Association Conference in Atlanta.
