A highway overlay project in downtown Clarksville is scheduled to begin Wednesday, April 27.
Contractor Blackstone Construction will mill and overlay approximately 1.4 miles of Highway 64 between College Ave. (Highway 103) and Highway 21. The parallel parking spaces throughout downtown will remain closed for approximately eight weeks, weather permitting.
