The eastbound, righthand lane of Interstate 440 (I-440) at the Interstate 530 (I-530) interchange in Little Rock, is scheduled to be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly from Monday night, August 17, through Friday morning, August 21.
During these hours, the Interstate 30 (I-30) westbound (Exit 138) ramp to I-440 eastbound also will be closed.
Weather permitting, the closures will allow crews to perform bridge deck repairs.
There will be a signed detour in place. Traffic traveling on I-30 westbound who wish to access I-440 eastbound will be detoured to I-530 southbound, take Exit 3, then return to I-530 north and take Exit 1A to I-440 eastbound.
Digital message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closures and detour routes.
