Home / News / Lane and Ramp Closures Scheduled for Interstate 440 Eastbound Bridge Repairs

PULASKI COUNTY | July 31, 2026

The right outside lane of Interstate 440 (I-440) eastbound near the Interstate 30 (I-30) interchange in Little Rock is scheduled to be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday night, August 3, and Tuesday night, August 4.

During these hours, the I-30 eastbound (Exit 138) ramp to I-440 eastbound will also be closed.

Weather permitting, the closures will allow crews to repair the bridge deck.

There will be a signed detour in place. Traffic traveling on I-30 westbound who wish to access I-440 eastbound will be directed to Interstate 530 (I-530) southbound, then take Exit 3, return to I-530 northbound, and then take Exit 1A to I-440 eastbound.

Digital message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closures and detour routes.
