PULASKI COUNTY (8-2) – Safety improvements to the driving surface mean lane and ramp closures across Little Rock, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting; the following overnight lane closures will occur from 8:00 p.m. to       6:00 a.m. the next morning to place a surface treatment to the pavement:

  • Interstate 30:
    • Aug. 3-10 | EB | Alternating; inside & outside | Mile Markers 137 – 138
  • Interstate 430:
    • Aug. 4-5 | NB | Double; middle & outside | Mile Markers 9 – 12
    • Aug. 4-11 | Alternating NB & SB On & Off Ramps | Mile Markers 7 – 8
  • Interstate 630:
    • Aug. 3-7 | Westbound | Off Ramp | John Barrow Rd. (Exit 8)
    • Aug. 6-12 | Eastbound | On Ramp | John Barrow Rd. (Exit 8)

This work is part of Job 012361, a statewide safety project to place ultrathin bond wearing course designed for use as a high performance surface treatment to correct distresses and restore a smooth surface.
