NORTH LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet Friday, February 24, 2023, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room located at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment Headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

The PC&EC meeting agenda includes an address from the Secretary of Energy and Environment Shane E. Khoury, a report from the Chief Administrator of the Environment Caleb Osborne and a request for a vote on two Recommended Decisions issued by the PC&EC’s administrative law judge, In the Matter of ORG CHEM Group Inc., Docket No. 22-001-NOV, and In the Matter of SWEPCO Electric Power Company., Docket No. 20-003-P.
