LITTLE ROCK – Former AGFC Commissioner W.R. “Witt” Stephens Jr. and former AGFC biologist and assistant director Carl Hunter will be recognized for their work in promoting waterfowl management at a banquet at Chenal Country Club in Little Rock, May 19. The banquet originally was planned for last September, but concerns over COVID-19 numbers forced organizers to postpone the event.
