Motorists should expect right shoulder closures on Interstate 530 (I-530) northbound between Exit 39 in Pine Bluff and the Grant/Pulaski County line north of Exit 20 in Redfield. The closures will occur periodically Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and are scheduled to continue now through Friday, October 30.
Weather permitting, crews will be performing utility work on and near the right shoulder of I-530 northbound.
Drivers are encouraged to:
- Use caution when traveling through the work area.
- Watch for construction personnel and equipment entering or exiting the shoulder.
- Obey all posted signs and speed limits.
- Allow additional travel time, particularly during weekday daytime hours.
Although only the right shoulder is scheduled to close, motorists should remain alert for intermittent construction activity and possible minor traffic impacts throughout the corridor.
