Highway 71B (West Walnut Street) between Highway 94 (8th Street) and 45th Street will have temporary eastbound and westbound overnight lane closures nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Tuesday night, August 25, through Wednesday morning, September 9.
Weather permitting, closures will begin with the outside eastbound lane working toward the inside lane and continue intermittently for approximately two weeks until all lanes are resurfaced in both directions.
Travel will remain accessible both eastbound and westbound during the times of the closures.
Construction cones and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closures.
