LONOKE COUNTY | June 19, 2026
Construction to improve the interchange at Highway 5 and Interstate 57 (I-57) in Cabot will require a temporary traffic shift beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, June 22, and continuing around the clock until further notice.
Weather permitting, the current Highway 5 entrance ramp to I-57 southbound will temporarily close to allow for construction of a new ramp. Traffic will instead utilize John Hardin Drive to access I-57 southbound via temporary traffic signal.
Digital message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the shift.
Additional travel information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ARDOT.gov.
