The Arkansas Career Pathways Initiatives (CPI) seeks to improve the earnings of TANF-eligible parents in Arkansas through postsecondary education that enables them to work in industries of regional importance. Administered by the Arkansas Division of Higher Education (ADHE), with funding from the Arkansas Department of Human Services, CPI can provide you with tuition, books, and fees, plus assistance with childcare and transportation if needed.
