The Office of Property Risk administers the State Captive Insurance Program.
The Office was created by Act 779 during the 2025 Regular Session of the 95th General Assembly. The Act creates a sustainable property insurance system for public schools,state-supported institutions of higher education, state-owned properties in Arkansas.
