Several bridges on Highway 28 near Plainview were recently load posted with low weight capacities. (3 Axles: 3 Tons | 4 Axles: 3 Tons | 5 axles: 4 Tons).

ARDOT engineers collaborated with Yell County Judge Mark Thone to open a detour for trucks along Kingston and Growley Roads. Please see attached NR 22-252-A for detour routes.

Bridge panels should arrive in about three months, weather and supply chains permitting, to begin bridge repairs. A separate release will publish with information about bridge repairs and related closures.
