Marriage Records

Arkansas marriage records are maintained by the Arkansas Department of Health, Vital Records Division. You can request a copy of a marriage record online, by mail, or in person. To request a marriage record online, you can visit the Arkansas Department of Health’s Vital Records website and follow the instructions to order a copy of a marriage record. You will need to provide some basic information about the marriage, such as the names of the spouses, the date and place of the marriage, and your own contact information.
