ATAP is a web-based service that will give taxpayers, or their designated representative, online access to their tax accounts and offers the following services: Register a business File a return online (except Individual Income Tax) File a return using XML return upload Change a name Change an address Amend a return Make a payment Store banking information for use during payment submission View tax period financial information (tax, penalty, interest, credits, balance, etc.) View payments received View recent account activity View correspondence from the department ATAP allows taxpayers to access their following accounts online: Sales and Use Tax Withholding Tax

The State of Arkansas is implementing a new eProcurement system called ARBuy. ARBuy will transform the procure-to-pay process for all State departments, support local government purchasing, and allow suppliers to do business with Arkansas and its subdivisions more efficiently. Using the convenience of the Internet, Driver Watch is a new tool to monitor the validity of any commercial driver’s license issued in Arkansas. Through scheduled driver status checks of Arkansas driving records — bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly or semi-annually — Driver Watch keeps an eye on the drivers that you have listed in your Driver Watch List and makes the results available online when you need it, anytime of the day or night. Welcome to the Arkansas Online Fee Payment Service. You can make a payment for the following options by using the dropdown menu below. Select the Driver’s License option to pay reinstatement fees and other outstanding fees associated with your Driver’s License. Select the Fleet ID option to pay fees associated with a Fleet account.
