Search Excess Proceeds

Excess Proceeds are funds collected through the sale of tax delinquent properties in Arkansas. These funds consist of the sale price exceeding the amount of taxes, penalties and interest due at the time of sale. After the sale, the funds are held in escrow for one year. After the one year escrow period expires, the record owner at time of sale may apply for distribution of the excess proceeds.
